Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment 12 hours before the selected time. First-time no-shows and late cancellations will not be charged a fee. After that, you will be charged a 100% fee for appointments missed or canceled without a 12-hour notice. This helps us ensure that clients on the waiting list can make an appointment, and allows us to continue offering the highest levels of care.
